The OMNES Education Group has not opened the work-study program to first-time applicants for the international admissions procedure.
However, after a first year of study at one of our group’s schools, you can apply for the work-study program.

Opt for INSEEC’s MSc Human Resources Manager, a one- or two-year program available on the Bordeaux, Paris, Lyon and Rennes campus.

This program is unique in that it can be taken in either French or English. It provides you with the theoretical knowledge you need to thrive in human resources. You will also become familiar with digital HRM tools, which are becoming fundamental to companies.

Note that the MSc is a professional training program, during which you can train in a company through a work-study program. You’ll be able to study and work at the same time, and gain valuable experience in the process.

What is the MSc Human Resources Management program?

During your years at INSEEC MSc, you’ll take general courses in management, negotiation, IT and languages. You will also have courses specific to your specialization, such as :

employment law ;
work psychology ;
remuneration and pay slips ;
hr strategy ;
change management and restructuring management ;
mobility and expatriate management ;
cross cultural human resources management ;
recruitment & talent management ;
management control and HR performance indicators ;
psychosocial risks and stress management.

Specialization courses reflect the diversity of human resources issues and provide you with a solid knowledge base.

For information, it is possible to enroll in the MSc Human Resources Manager program at two different times: a first intake is scheduled for September, while a second intake takes place in February.

What is the degree awarded by the MSc Human Resources Manager?

This course qualifies you as a “Human Resources Manager”. This title is registered with the RNCP and corresponds to a 2nd year postgraduate level.

To obtain this professional certification, you need to validate blocks of general skills and blocks of skills specific to your human resources specialization.

What are the admission requirements for the MSc in Human Resources Management?

To join the MSc Human Resources Manager program, you need to have a 3rd year undergraduate diploma. It can be a licence, a bachelor or even a BUT. Students with a 1st year postgraduate diploma can apply directly to go into the 2nd year of this MSc i.e. in the fifth year, and complete their master’s degree in one year at INSEEC.

Is it possible to study abroad during the MSc in Human Resources Management?

The MSc in Human Resources Management does not provide for international mobility during the two years of study. However, you will have the opportunity to take part in internships during your studies. These internships can often be carried out abroad.
