Mariateresa Torchia is Dean of Faculty and Research, Director DBA Program, Full Professor of Strategy And Management at the International University of Monaco. She holds a PhD in Management and Governance from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”.
Before joining IUM in 2018, she held a position at the University of Witten Herdecke (Germany).
She has published journal articles on corporate governance, gender diversity, and family firms in leading international peer-reviewed journals such as: Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Journal of Business Ethics, International Business Review, European Management Journal, Organizational Dynamics, Scandinavian Journal of Management, Journal of Small Business Management, Journal of Management and Governance, Strategic Change, Small Business Economics, Public Management Review, etc.
