Missions
As a part-time Accounts Receivable Accountant, you will report to the Accounting Manager of the Cash Receipts division, reinforcing the team which is composed of 6 accounts receivable. You will be in charge of the alternation collection perimeter (companies and OPCO):
– Entering payments
– Accounts receivable lettering
– Analysis and clearance of suspense accounts
– Accounting management of customer collections
– Establishment and follow-up of bank reconciliations
– Management and entry of credit notes and refunds
– Entry of accounts to inter-company accounts
– Monitoring of the KPIs implemented through Excel and PowerBI dashboards
– Email management
Your main contacts will be the Sales and Collection department, also based in Paris.

Profile
Minimum 2 years of higher education in accounting, such as a DUT or BTS, beginners are also accepted.
You have an excellent command of the Office package and in particular of Excel: functions SearchV, Sum.si, TCD…
Knowledge of PowerBI and UBW ERP is a plus.
You are autonomous, versatile, involved, rigorous, dynamic and have excellent interpersonal skills as well as a good team spirit.
Good writing skills are required.
The position is available as soon as possible for a period of 6 months.
