Missions
As a part-time Accounts Receivable, you will be attached to the Accounts Manager of the Collections division, whose team is composed of 6 accounts receivable, and your main missions on the scope companies and OPCO :
– Entering payments
– Accounts receivable lettering
– Analysis and clearance of suspense accounts
– Accounting management of customer collections
– Establishment and follow-up of bank reconciliations
– Management and entry of credit notes and refunds
– Entry of accounts to inter-company accounts
– Monitoring of the KPIs implemented through Excel and PowerBI dashboards
– Email management
Your main contacts will be the Sales and Collection department, also based in Paris.
