A luxury concierge service
A luxury concierge service in real estate? This is the project that Louis le Goff, a luxury student atINSEEC, was able to implement during his real estate internship atLIEUX UNIQUES. Louis’ project allowed the agency to open up to a new category of clients and to reach a new target with different needs and expectations.
At 19, is it possible to impose your ideas in a company? In order to make his project concrete and much more impactful, Louis put together a file in a few weeks in which he highlighted the stakeholders, the economic benefits that this concierge project could bring and the novelties that the project brings.

luxury brands on the African continent
Jennifer Nloga, student at INSEEC in MSc Fashion Marketing, Design & Brand Strategies, talks about her thesis on the internationalization of Western luxury brands on the African continent. According to Jennifer, very emerging countries like Nigeria or South Africa can be potential internationalization markets.
How to sell luxury in Africa? According to Jennifer, luxury is sold differently in different countries. It is therefore important to know the African consumers, their needs, their expectations and their consumption patterns.
How is luxury currently consumed on the African continent? Jennifer tells us that Africans have a real interest in luxury homes. However, they do not have the same customer experience on their continent as in France for example. Jennifer’s idea is to recreate the same experience that can be found at Avenue Montaigne in African countries.
